We went late like almost 12am so maybe that had something to do with it but it took a while for us to be seated. Then we wait for our order to be taken more than 15 just for drinks we got coffee and the waitress tossed the creamer onto the table. In the end food was cold and we regretted going here. We come regularly in the morning time, but now we know no night time.

I was there by myself today and service was still horribly slow and food was mediocre. I wasn’t acknowledged at the table for almost 10 minutes after sitting down. Place was half empty in the middle of the day. Old lady in the ponytail with no enthusiasm was impossible to get her attention so I practically had to beg to have some water, then again to get a to go container and the bill. Then yet again I had to get up and ask another waiter how to pay because the waitress handed me the receipt and said have a nice day without letting me know if she’ll be back (probably wouldn’t have for another 20 minutes unless I got up). All this just to pay almost $30 for something I could’ve made at home better. And I just won’t ever go back to any IHOP restaurant. I can’t believe I gave them a chance to treat me this way on my birthday of all days.

I visited this IHOP recently, and my experience was disappointing. When I arrived, there was no one at the reception, so I seated myself. Shortly after, a staff member came over and told me that next time I should wait to be seated—fair enough, but the tone felt more like a reprimand than friendly guidance. Later, when I told her I wanted to order takeout, she again corrected me and said I should’ve ordered from the front or told her earlier.
I understand there may be procedures, but as a customer, I expect to be greeted and guided kindly, especially when no one is there to help at the entrance. The way it was handled made the experience feel unwelcoming.
Clean, bright dining floor, clean washroom, attentive waite staff, meal delivery great given huge dining crowd, neatly prepared selections.
