You have one person working by themselves at 7:20am on a Saturday and nobody in the front. Make it make sense guys common. How can you have one person working the floor, the tables and the front all by herself. Is this a joke? Who’s doing the schedule
The food has dramatically gone down. It's all food service heat and eat food. Not the IHOP Z it used to be. The server was excellent and it was quiet so for that i gave them a higher rating but I will not eat here again

My frustration with my recent visit to this I Hop location is one for the books! The quality of food and service has deteriorated significantly; it was truly a horrid experience. I left feeling that I would have been better off at McDonald's. The disorganization on a Sunday morning was unacceptable, leading to delays and confusion.
