This McDonald's just can't get a order right, big or small or simple. They'll say yes I understand then turn around and do what they want. You have to double check your food always and also stress to them what you want... almost like begging. This past year I can say I've been there at least 6 times and 5/6 they got it wrong. Go to the McDonald's on Hempstead Tpke in East Meadow, they get it right and/or fix it if they don't. But 9/10 my order has been right. Mind I go to these locations when I'm at work or going to...I don't have time for them to mess up my order and then drive back. Oh and I almost forgot, I saw the overnight manager drop the ice cream cups on the ground...she then picked them up and put them right back to sell to customers. And when I called her on it she got a attitude...worst Mikki D's on long island... couldn't even eat my food

normally i give the benefit of the doubt for fast food places but after 20 minutes of waiting for my order, they didn’t even make it (it wasn’t busy and i only ordered 2 sandwiches and a drink). then instead gave my friend two of his same order. then i had to explain to the manager what i ordered, just for her to say “ok and?” then i had to explain AGAIN what i ordered and she sighed and walked away. had to wait another 10 minutes for my food. The manager working on May 26th 2025 at 6pm needs to be reprimanded or fired, she has no business working in the food industry if she’s going to give people attitudes for something that’s her own fault.

Went to dine at my local McDonalds and this woman behind the counter ate my burger! I order two double burgers, then returned the two single burgers I received and she only gave me one back! Then when I confronted her she pulled the trash can out that did not have my burgers. This rude lady ate my other burger. And my friend Felipe never got his burger and they never gave him his back. And the cherry on top was a rat eating a burger in the parking lot.

Went for curbside delivery an waited 25mins for my food. After waiting for so long I decided to go inside and asked why my food wasn’t ready. The manager with glasses totally disregarded me like waiting for fast food for 25 is the norm. Then you have some Spanish guy with tattoos on his neck put in his 2 cents in and he was totally wrong. And reading some of the reviews this is not their first time. I hate to be this guy but the way they acted was very unprofessional.

The service in the drive thru sucks, i ordered in the drive thru with my dad and in the pay Windows, the girl was just standing like we didnt exist. We tried to get her atention so we can pay for our food but she just keep standing like nofthing. Pleasd have more workers that really want to work.

Order curbside got to spot 4 at 9:46 waited till 10 am went inside waited another 5 minutes to get someone attention. While I saw my order and an other gentleman just sitting there. I understand if it was busy but no and the manager just joking around with the other employees. Finally got my food 10:15 unacceptable with no explanation no apology. This what I call bad management

I had the absolute pleasure of being helped by Michelle at McDonald’s today, and I can’t say enough good things about her! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and such a positive attitude that it instantly brightened my day. She went above and beyond to ensure my order was perfect, but more than that, her kindness and enthusiasm were truly uplifting.

In a world where great customer service is rare, Michelle stands out as someone who genuinely cares about making people’s days better. McDonald’s, take note—this young woman is a gem! She deserves a raise and a promotion, and honestly, you should pay for her college because she represents your brand in the best possible way.
