Decent ice cream from a store ghat proudly won’t give a little kid a sample. Totally embarrassing place, you’re better off at Carvel.

Giving this 1 star just because the man behind the counter ignored we came in - didnt even acknowledge (no smile, no hello, etc) and when the other people showed up when straight to them. ? Even though we were waiting for over 10 min while he was making the other customers something. The place was not packed at all. I would have loved to try the food they served, read the reviews and drove all the way here to try with my kids, but oh well. I took my business elsewhere where they care.

Have been coming here pretty much since they opened. The owners are the kind of small-business owners you love to support - they've hired my goddaughter and many other local teens, support athletic leagues, and the food and place are terrific ... a great vibe all around!

Have been coming here for years! Their ice cream Is delicious!!!! Sadly today i had Josh take care of us and he was so unpleasant. He was moody, snappy and rude. My 8 year old even said he looks annoyed. Will continue coming, hopefully Josh is in a better mood and spirits. While i understand everyone has bad days, your customers shouldn’t have to pay the price.

Looks a nice place however I don’t understand an ice cream place that doesn’t offer samples not even like the minimum , maybe 2 flavors to try. How I’m supposed to buy a whole ice cream if I can’t try to see if I like it first. I left cause I didn’t want to have to put my ice cream in the garbage if I didn’t like it. But will go back to give it a try eventually.
I ordered cappuccino waffles like I usually do. Waffles were like raw dough (taste and texture). When I ask if they could re-make it , the girl was like “I don’t know”.
A few minutes later the person who made my waffles came to our table and ask me what was the issue with the waffles and when I explained to him, he said he was going to make it again but seconds later he said NO. Actually I’m not going to re- make it, I’ll just give you a refund.
He’s attitude and rudeness is something that never experienced here before. But service worse experience
He needs another job. He’s face said it all
Too bad was one of my favorite places in Westbury but not anymore

Wow!! Really unique flavors of ice-cream and absolutely delicious! This place was incredible and the owner was great with us even the last 15 minutes before closing.

Visited today for dessert with my family. There was only one person working and she was very overwhelmed. Everything we got was good (ice cream and milkshakes), we wanted to get some more stuff, but didn’t want to bother her any further. There was a long line of people behind us. Very cute spot, would visit again, but management, get her some help!

I came here to get some coffee and dessert and it was a pleasant experience. Only one person was working but she took care of the order and was exceptionally nice. Their affogato was well made as was the iced coffee we got. It is small, and can get busy but it isn't bad if you want to support a small business that has some great coffee.

Parking: There is a parking lot nearby where you will have to pay, depending on the day. There is also street parking but not many spots available
