Italian ices are very good different flavors they also have ice cream shakes Sundays etc etc
Enjoying the no sugar added ices!!!
Only giving two star because my family and I came here for a late night treat knowing they close at 12 AM. When we arrived at 11:25PM the place was already closed.
Went to get a late night ice cream and it’s 10:47pm. I pulled up and saw they were closed when it says they close at 11:30pm. Unfortunate
We had the delicious peanut butter cookie dough ice for a nice spring night!!
I ordered a hot fudge sundae and I had asked before hand if they can put the hard shell on my sundae and the girl double checked and said yes we can. When I get my order guess what there was no hard shell on it.

Worst Ralph’s! first off they’re way more expensive than any of the other locations by a good amount and second they barely give you any ices other locations fill your container to the brim and give you extra and pack it out if you don’t ask for a lid, not only was I not asked if I wanted a lid or not she just barely packed it in and started scraping stuff out to make room for the lid. Horrible never coming back again. Rather travel to another location.
Italian coconut ice was wonderful, but the price wasn’t,can’t imagine bringing my three grandchildren, brake the bank, otherwise, great quality!!
I’ve been coming to this Ralph’s since it’s opened in the 90’s and always get the vanilla chip but this time it didn’t taste good at all. It had a cloying artifical flavor. Maybe they changed the vanilla? Quality seems to have dropped suddenly. So sad, my entire family remarked on it.

Only a one star because I came 30 minutes before close on google and they were not open. Otherwise quality and cleanliness is great.

Best mango smoothie in this Long Island location, but worse vanilla shake. For the expensive prices that they charge, can someone please train the staff. It was also empty the whole time we waited.
Parking: Mini-mall like parking lot. It is hard to see it or turn into the parking lot, if you're coming from the street across Ralph's.
