This is by far the best Ralph’s around.

Best mango smoothie in this Long Island location, but worse vanilla shake. For the expensive prices that they charge, can someone please train the staff. It was also empty the whole time we waited.
Parking: Mini-mall like parking lot. It is hard to see it or turn into the parking lot, if you're coming from the street across Ralph's.

Customer service was fine and the ice cream would’ve been fine. But there was bugs EVERYWHERE (floors, windows, cases)when me and my spouse entered. They were crawling on my leg and on another person getting an ice when we entered. Not sure what happened. I’m sure a kid spilled ice cream or whatever. But it’s food service, shut down for a bit and clean or call an exterminator. Came here a lot over the years. Won’t be back for a long time or ever after this.

This by far is the superior Ralph’s. The employees are always nice and they make the treats the best. No other Ralph’s have even come close to this one.

Not sure why they charge $35 for 3 quarts as a “special” when other Ralph’s in East meadow and Levittown are $30-$32. Every year, their prices outpace others and it’s not worth the trip.

Big selection. Nice opportunity for young teens to work, learn how to communicate with customers & then use those tools as the build experience!

I love this location. It's quiet with nice staff. Always look forward to my next late night trip. Staff is always helpful and smiling.
Closed early and sat on their phones behind the counter with the door locked. Unprofessional.
