Worst coffee experience in 2025. Cold food. Coffee does not taste that great to be perfectly honest. Maybe I ordered the wrong thing but as a coffee person for 30+ years I feel like I have a pretty good sense of what to order and what should be good...this was not.
Messed up the food order too and missed some stuff. After I finished crying I picked myself and drove over to the nearest Starbucks. Yes, it was that bad I was willing to pay twice for over priced coffee.
May the Lord have mercy on this place and its service.

Tim Horton sausage egg n cheese on a croissant just took #1st place with its big block of cheese slice. Fried eggs that taste like made in DR. And the croissant is the best croissant I ever had. Sausage is just as delicious or more than other places. Sheesh. That brings down McDonald’s to 2nd place. Dunkin’ Donuts to 3rd place plus everyone else. And I think Tim sells the sandwich cheaper than everyone else but not 100% on this

So I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese on everything bagel with a hash brown on the side. The bagel was not fresh. The cheese was just thrown on, not even melted. The yolk on egg was green, and the hash brown tasted like freezer burn. Nothing about it was good. Never going back again.

Worst experience at this Tim Horton, the server, who was also the manager, was extremely uninterested, and the whole order was stale and inedible. The bagels were old and smelly, the coffee was bad, and the ice cap had a very bitter taste as if the ingredients were old. I did call back to give my feedback, but she had nothing to offer. I am sure she knew what she was selling me, and the fact that she still sold it was very unprofessional and left a bad taste in my mouth. Do not visit this Tim Horton no matter what.

My coworker ordered two iced coffees black and they made them with cream and sugar. When he went to pick them up they wouldn't replace them with black coffee. The cost of two iced coffees is at most $1. We double checked the receipt, and they were ordered black. Even if they were right, which they weren't, it's a little absurd to not fix this. I tried to call them after hearing, and they won't answer. My coworkers and I come here almost every day, but now we'll just go to any other coffee place. This is absolutely horrible customer service and you guys should be ashamed.
