First time getting the 5$ meal for breakfast not bad recommend it to anyone

Worst experience at this Tim Horton, the server, who was also the manager, was extremely uninterested, and the whole order was stale and inedible. The bagels were old and smelly, the coffee was bad, and the ice cap had a very bitter taste as if the ingredients were old. I did call back to give my feedback, but she had nothing to offer. I am sure she knew what she was selling me, and the fact that she still sold it was very unprofessional and left a bad taste in my mouth. Do not visit this Tim Horton no matter what.

I just got moldy eggs...... Plus they forgot to put the sausage on my sausage egg amd cheese sandwich..... AND I ordered an everything bagel and got a plain bagel instead...

Nice little taste of the Canadian Tim Hortons at this gas station. Good coffee, hot or cold. Fresh donuts and other snacks and sandwiches. Service could be a little faster.

My coworker ordered two iced coffees black and they made them with cream and sugar. When he went to pick them up they wouldn't replace them with black coffee. The cost of two iced coffees is at most $1. We double checked the receipt, and they were ordered black. Even if they were right, which they weren't, it's a little absurd to not fix this. I tried to call them after hearing, and they won't answer. My coworkers and I come here almost every day, but now we'll just go to any other coffee place. This is absolutely horrible customer service and you guys should be ashamed.

Donuts aren't fresh. Coffees and lattes are made very inconsistently. Staff has high turnover so sometimes new staff doesn't know how to make a certain drink like an iced cappuccino.
