Wonderful pies! Cash only. No dine in area and you're limited to what hasn't sold out at walk in. It's all delicious though. The older owner is a grump, but everyone else is great.
Stopped for the first time, the apple pie with crumble topping was the best I ever had, the crust was cooked perfectly. The only problem I have is I live too far away to frequent it. I will go there again when I am in the area.

I was so excited to discover that our airbnb was only 8 minutes from Portage Pie while we were visiting NY for the solar eclipse. I've been a fan of owner Connie's posts in a pie baking community on Facebook for many years, so it was serendipitous that I was so close to her shop without even knowing it.
