I rarely visit Dunkin’ — it’s usually my plan B when other options aren’t available. However, this location genuinely surprised me. The interior is well designed, comfortable, and works nicely for informal morning business breakfasts. The staff is friendly, attentive, and the service is fast and well organized, which makes the overall experience pleasant and easy.

Food is really good, but the service is very unprofessional and rude. We went to get 8 things of hash browns for us and the family and the worker right in front of our face said “This is crazy, they just need to go to a restaurant.”

This is the second worst Dunkin. Lyell Dunkin takes the top spot. Their beverages are made inconsistently. They're often out of stock on certain baked goods, and if you order online, you just won't receive the item, resulting in requesting a refund from whatever app you used to order it. It's not an avoid if you're in the area, but if ordering online, choose another location. The Dunkin on Long Pond is more consistent.
