“Best Chinese food around. The egg rolls are crisp and flavorful. The wanton soup was very tasty, and not the least bit salty. I like firm wontons and these were done perfectly. I had a spare rib combo and my husband had the house special egg foo young. Each dish was plentiful and well made. I like the fact that it's a family business and really appreciate their quick service.“

“We had hibachi here this evening. We were a large group so there were quite a few personalities to please. It was only the chef’s second day but good golly were his skills seasoned. It was like he had been behind the flat top for a century. Couldn’t recommend Tony’s more, enjoy!“

“Tony's Asian fusion is the number one hibachi place in the hamptons. The food is consistently good, portions are huge, staff is so attentive and friendly, and the place is always very clean. Sushi is also great. This is a perfect spot for a winter time dinner that's more than just a regular sit down spot. Entertaining for kids, families, groups, and couples!“

“They serve a large portion of miso soup which was very good. I ordered the bird's nest deluxe. I think it was called that and it was enough for two people. There were generous portions of pork, beef, chicken and shrimp with Chinese vegetables. Chicken was crazy, soft and tender and all the meats in it were good. I would just suggest you wear a sweater or a long sleeve shirt because it's cold inside. Other than that, the service was very good and the food was delicious. The salmon sashimi and the spicy tuna roll was good too!“
