Scarlet Pizzeria offers excellent food with many options, including a sweet potato pie dessert that was excellent. The food has been fantastic, wonderful, and tasty, and the selection continues to grow. Plenty of seating is available inside and out, and the restaurant is in a good area. The manager came out to greet customers and let them know how the food was. One customer received excellent customer service: when a lemon cheesecake dessert was out of stock, a staff member called, offered a replacement, and gave two additional items for free. However, the experience varies. Some staff are not the friendliest and do not acknowledge customers. There have been issues with delivery: orders were missing half the order or delivered to the house instead of the store for pickup. The wait for food can take some time, though the food is worth it. Watch out for discounts; a 30% or 40% off deal had fine print limiting the discount to a maximum of 20 dollars off the order. The food is amazing for the price, though not cheap for typical delivery food.
