The food is amazing for the price, and the restaurant has plenty of seating inside and out in a good area. However, the experience is mixed. While some customers love the customer service, noting that a manager came out to greet them and that another location gave free items as a replacement for an out-of-stock lemon cheesecake and sweet potato pie dessert, others report that the staff aren't the friendliest and don't even acknowledge you. A major complaint involves discounts: they advertise 30% or 40% off, but the fine print only takes off a maximum of 20 dollars, making customers feel scammed. Delivery is also inconsistent; while the food is great, orders are sometimes missing items or delivered to the wrong place. For dine-in, the wait for food can take some time, but customers agree it is worth every minute.
