I've always ordered pizza using my coworkers' phones, and we have always received exactly what we ordered in good condition. This time, I decided to order from my own phone to share with my coworkers since work was a bit slow. We expected a good pizza, not a disaster inside the box. It is truly disappointing to have high expectations only to receive a mess; all the toppings were scattered, and the pizza had lost its circular shape. What were supposed to be two pizzas ended up being just one—they had simply been mashed together. I would like a refund for this issue.

This place had a 2.8 average stars so I was curious how it could be that bad. I ordered a large cheesy stuffed crust pepperoni pizza. Idk if it was the run I did before or what but eating the pizza was a divine experience. Staff was friendly too. This is a papa John’s pizza that makes it how you expect that was delicious thank you
