I’m writing to express my deep concern regarding two separate incidents at this particular location, both of which reflect extremely poor customer service and a lack of professionalism.
The first issue occurred when I sent one of my employees to redeem several gift cards we had received from our customers. Upon her return, she informed me that she was charged over $60.
