We love Ice Cream Social! It’s our go-to spot for a sweet treat year-round. Their flavors are always fresh and delicious (seriously, we’ve never had a bad scoop). In the winter, their hot chocolate pairings are next level—cozy and creative. We even celebrated our son’s 4th birthday there, and it was perfect. The staff is kind, the vibe is welcoming, and the treats never disappoint. Highly recommend!

Tasty milkshake, but 9.75 for a one-size that would be a small, MAYBE a medium at most places--you have got to be effing kidding me! And they expect a tip on top. This is White plains, not Williamsburg ffs

I pre-ordered a 6-inch pre made ice cream cake, but the experience was disappointing. I called the store the morning of pickup and they asked if I wanted any messages to be written on the cake. I told them that if they could write “Happy Birthday Name” I would be really happy.
However, when I went to pick it up, I was handed a container with a few scoops of ice cream in a bag with my name on it—not a cake. When I mentioned I had ordered an ice cream cake, they gave me a plain, blank cake. There was no message, no name, and no indication it was the one I had ordered. It also looked nothing like the cake on the website. The cake looked like it might have been sitting around for some time—the orange cream on the bottom was smeared and spread all over the box on the bottom.
I honestly wanted to cancel the order then and there, but since it was already the day of the birthday, I didn’t have much choice. To make things worse, when I tried to check out, they tried to charge me an additional $50, even though I had already prepaid during the pre-order. If I hadn’t been careful, I might have been charged twice.
The taste of the cake was just okay. I’m not sure if it was because the cake was old, but the smeared coating made it hard to keep its shape. This was supposed to be a special day for our family, and I was genuinely excited about the cake—but the experience ended up being quite depressing 😞

We used a Groupon to buy an ice cream and a shake. It’s a very nice spot with good tasting ice cream. I ordered the kahlua cappuccino shake with a scoop of killer chocolate. It was good and not too sweet. The vanilla that the boys ordered was good, but they said they’ve had better. The staff member there was friendly and helpful.
This is my second time ordering an ice cream heart shaped cake and every single time it is a hit! All my guests said it is the best ice cream cake they have ever had and it is definitely my favorite. I get the instagraham and cookie dough combo for the cake. They do an amazing job of following my inspo pictures and are so reasonably priced. All my friends were asking where is this place because they have to go!
