I went to Ralph's because my son loves this place! It was my first time here, and I only bought an icee for my son, but upon trying it, regret set in that I didn't get one of my own! The taste of the lemon is really good, so I'll be having one of my own on the next visit.

I called and ordered got my order it was wrong all wrong and delivered to me. It was melted not even what I ordered. I was told that I had to call uber and not them and then they said it was not there fualt although they had made it??.Not uber making my order. Whoever answered my call was rude about this never again. We go there all the time they usually fix any issues not this time take your money some where else not here.

I used to go to this location often not anymore. The ice cream is not as good and very expensive.! my husband order a banana split, and they just slam the ice cream all melted and they put a bunch of melted whip cream on top,the whole thing was literally liquid.! And for that it was 13 dollars which seems crazy.!

Very artificial tasting. Did not enjoy at all.
