White Plains Coach Diner Reviews
My sisters and I went to this restuarant this morning before our flight back home and the service was horrible. We had to send our food back multiple times because we ordered omelettes and the cheese wasnt melted. The waiter told us to talk to management to see if we can take the food off the bill the young lady at the register got real nasty in her tone of voice and snatching and not giving good customer service at all. White Plains Coach Diner offers well-prepared meals, exceptional service, and reasonable prices. Vegetarian options are available, and staff will accommodate special requests. Parking is convenient, with a lot available on the premises. The diner is great for breakfast, sandwiches, and hamburgers, and their lattes are a highlight. While menu items may vary in quality, breakfast remains a standout option. The staff are very polite and inviting, making every visit pleasant, whether for takeout or dining in.
The diner is especially appreciated late at night or early morning, when it’s one of the few places open. Breakfast, including hash and eggs, is consistently good, and the service is fast and friendly. One of the staff members, possibly Nancy, is known for taking great care of customers. The environment is welcoming, and the prices are reasonable, making it a reliable spot for a quick, satisfying meal.
However, recent reviews highlight some issues with food quality and ambiance. A baked potato was reported as lukewarm, and the dinner salad wasn’t chilled, which affected the dining experience. The blueberry pie was described as having a horrible pie crust, not meeting expectations. There have also been comments about unpleasant odors within the diner, which can detract from the overall visit. Additionally, while service is generally good, some reviews mention a lack of enthusiasm from staff, impacting the atmosphere. Despite these concerns, White Plains Coach Diner remains a convenient and popular place to eat, especially for breakfast and late-night cravings.
