We couldn't wait to dive into our two picks: the classic Cheesesteak and the all-encompassing Italian--The Works. First up was the Cheesesteak, and let me tell you, it was love at first bite. This wasn't your typical Philly knockoff--each bite was packed with massive chunks of tender, flavorful meat, topped perfectly with gooey, fresh mozzarella that melted into the bread. It’s really high quality cheese. Speaking of the bread, it's made in-house, and it shows; fluffy inside with a satisfying crust, it was the perfect vessel for that generous helping of steak and cheese.

The Italian Works was equally impressive. Bursting with layers of cured meats, fresh greens, and oil and vinegar, every bite was a rich and balanced mix of flavors. It's the kind of sandwich that seems simple, but you can taste the careful preparation behind each ingredient.

Fairhaven Pizza's sandwiches are more than a meal--they're an experience steeped in the warm spirit of this charming town, crafted by someone who truly cares about every detail. Whether you're a local or just passing through, these are two sandwiches you won't want to miss!

My only complaint is that this location advertises the Ghost Pepper Bread as a staple option in their location, but they never seem to have it available, and it’s my favorite bread type so far!!

Except I don't understand why they don't let people use the bathroom because sometimes you want to go to use the bathroom and on your way out of the bathroom you're going to want to order something so that should be taken into consideration and it has nothing to do with the guy that took the order that's my own personal opinion.”
