We ordered drop off catering for our 30th anniversary party. Everything was delicious and HOT. Matt was absolutely wonderful to work with. Our numbers kept growing by the day but that didn’t phase him. He went over and above, making sure we had the biggest brisket he could find and he even brought us an extra pan of veggies just in case. The bbq pork mac n cheese was a huge hit. The prices were very reasonable, especially for the superior service. I highly recommend Blue Fire BBQ! Thanks for a great experience, Matt!!

Blue Fire BBQ recently catered a large family event. Our order included pulled pork, pulled chicken, jerk island chicken and mac & cheese. Everything was delivered exactly on time and included serving utensils. It was all delicious ( esp. the bbq chicken!) and there were many compliments!
