This restaurant has great atmosphere and great beer, however, I ordered a burger and it was a crumbled mess and salty. I guess I was expecting a healthy hamburger patty with great taste. I would not go back there for a burger. My husband had a Philly Sandwich and said it was mediocre. The outcome - go there for the beer not the food.

One of my favorite places in the greater Buffalo area. Fantastic selection of beers, but if you dont go for one of their own beers made on site you are missing out! They are fantastic! But if beers not your thing, their food is quite stellar too! All the Buffalo classics, plus their amazing mac & cheeses and fantsatic burgers (or if none of those sound good to you, may I suggest the Shepard's pie? Always a good choice here!). Combine that with the complimentary peanuts and popcorn, the great service, and the delightful atmosphere, and you've got one of the best pubs around!

We’ve been to the Buffalo Brew Pub many times and have had the Turkey pot pie in the past. My wife ordered it the other evening and what she received wasn’t what we would call turkey. In the pie were exactly 2 bite size pieces of Turkey, a few peas, 2 tiny carrots bits and one small mushroom slice. It was nearly all gravy. Yes, she should have sent it back but it was a very busy Saturday night and she’s adverse to doing that. Since then she called the restaurant and spoke to a manager who told her they make the filling in large batches and pre- portion it out. So she may have just gotten a portion with little turkey. It seems as if there is any form of quality control the person preparing it should see before putting the crust on it that it was missing almost everything that should have been in it and not use it. I had the hot turkey sandwich which was large though almost entirely dark meat and very peppery. Something to be aware of if like me, you prefer white meat and/or less pepper. I gave her some of my turkey so she’d have some protein. The manager said next time to send it back if that happens. Personal opinion - that’s a poor answer from a manager - maybe they should emphasize paying a little more attention to the food their sending out from the kitchen. On a positive note, our waitress was very good.

The service was slow at the bar. Had to wait forever to get a second drink. Food took a long time to come out. Then I was presented with six under cooked wings and a small soggy wet roast beef sandwich. It's probably the grossest thing I've ever had buffalo and it costs $18.99 😂 😳
This is one of our regular spots for dinner and we have been here MANY times as a couple and with friends (a party of 6) The food here is ALWAYS very good and the beer selection is EXCELLENT. I usually get the Turkey Burger which is the best one in WNY but the burgers, beef on weck, ruben, turkey sandwich, fingers, french fries, onion rings and other appetizers were allso VERY GOOD. You really can't go wrong here. Highly recommended!

We have been coming to the brew pub for over 6 years once a month. We meet my sister We found on ancestors and it is centrally located for us. Today we were there and we had the best server her name is Lily and she did an exceptional job for us. She is a real asset to this pub! We will definitely ask for her again next month.
