My wife and I went here on a Sunday afternoon. It had a nice crowd at the bar and in the dining room.
Our server was a nice young lady named Taylor. There is a popcorn machine and a barrell filled with peanuts to snack on.
To start I had a cup of homemade New England clam chowder and my wife had a cup of Buffalo chicken wings soup. Both soups were very delicious.
For entrées, my wife had the Buffalo Sampler Platter, and I had the Monte Cristo Sandwich with chips. My wife enjoyed the sampler platter with the wings done with sweet chili sauce. I enjoyed the Monte Cristo sandwich and I took home half the sandwich, because the portion was big.
It's a nice relaxing pub suitable for all groups and families.
Bar had multiple taps for different styles of beer. There are even two dart boards too.
The dining room was clean, as well as the restrooms.
We enjoyed our time here, and we will definitely visit here again to try more items on the menu.

This place is our go to for great pub food - the burgers and wings are really good, big and meaty.
That said, I ordered the Buffalo Sampler the other day - a small beef on Weck and 6 wings.
The wings I received with my Buffalo Sampler, however, were far, far smaller when compared with those around us that received a regular order of wings.
I don't know if it was just coincidence, but my wings were all that much smaller that it seemed it could only be a matter of policy.
I hope I am wrong and/or that it was just a one time occurrence.

They have a policy of not seating you until your entire party has arrived, even if there are multiple empty tables. We had a party of seven, and four of them got held up by the snow. The rest of us would have loved to have gotten beer and apps, but alas, we instead had to stand at the hostess station and wait. The tables never filled up.
You're better off going to Britesmith or Brazen.

Don't go in with a party over four people , they won't seat you untol everyone is there. But with a party of four you can get a seat with only one person there. Stupid policy to make your customers stand and wait while tables are empty.

Had lunch today with my Dad and Jean was our server. So talented. So kind. She made the afternoon an absolute delight. Oh, and the fried bologna was delicious too!!

Our favorite place for Friday night dinner. Great food, large excellent beer menu and outstanding service from very friendly people. I usually get the turkey pot pie which is generously loaded with chicken, mushrooms and vegetables while my wife gets the quite large fish fry.

This restaurant has great atmosphere and great beer, however, I ordered a burger and it was a crumbled mess and salty. I guess I was expecting a healthy hamburger patty with great taste. I would not go back there for a burger. My husband had a Philly Sandwich and said it was mediocre. The outcome - go there for the beer not the food.

One of my favorite places in the greater Buffalo area. Fantastic selection of beers, but if you dont go for one of their own beers made on site you are missing out! They are fantastic! But if beers not your thing, their food is quite stellar too! All the Buffalo classics, plus their amazing mac & cheeses and fantsatic burgers (or if none of those sound good to you, may I suggest the Shepard's pie? Always a good choice here!). Combine that with the complimentary peanuts and popcorn, the great service, and the delightful atmosphere, and you've got one of the best pubs around!
