I called at 10:30 and asked how much longer they were open. They answered saying they were open until midnight. We arrived at the bar at 10:40 and when we sat they immediately told us they weren’t serving anymore. Not sure why they rejected us when 10 minutes earlier they said they were open for another hour and a half. It wasn’t even crowded. Will never come back horrible service. They could’ve told me on the phone they weren’t gonna serve us 10 minutes later. Absolutely horrible to prospective customers for no reason.

My wife, son, and I went to Kegler's last night to watch the Sabres game. We were struck at how great the renovations are since the entire facility got a makeover. They were busy, but our waitress Allison was amazing. She was taking care of so many customers, but she never skipped a beat, and always was patient and kind. I hope she sees this, because she is amazing. The food was great, the atmosphere was electric(after each goal the Sabres scored), and our experience overall was fantastic. We split three appetizers: the loaded nachos, the Buffalo chicken quesadilla, and the stuffed pepper steak flatbread(quite spicy, so be warned), as well as a side of fries. It was all great! Highly recommend coming here. Make reservations though if you're coming to watch the game.

After a little bit of confusion regarding a reservation, Keglers was able to accommodate our party for the St. Patrick's Day Party with Throwback Jack. Our server was very nice and accommodating all evening. She did a great job taking care of us considering she had another large party she was also taking care of. The dining room here isn't huge, nor is the staging area for the band but it works. Their policy for parties over 8 requires a $25.00 deposit when your reservation is made, and 20% gratuity for the total check. They will not split checks for parties over 8. We enjoyed our evening here for Throwback Jack. They rocked the place!!
The alleys are great. Food is very goodโฆtoo bad the mouthy rude young man working at the check in and where you pay ruined it.
I had order take out for the first day of lent ordered a fish fry which was good but the portion of the sides were a little insulting especially for paying 18 dollars for the meal and a dollar for the box. Itโs almost like they are looking to save a buck. I had probably a dozen tator tots and the presentation wasnโt all there. I even gave a courtesy call and left a voicemail and never received a call back. So here I am leaving a review. My coworkers were excited to see what I brought back and when I opened the box that laughed and said I believe you got ripped off. I donโt believe I will go back there unless this is rectified. Which is sad because I only work 3 minutes down the street and I was hoping for a new lunch spot.

On Friday 2/13 I had a party of 25 for dinner. Lindsey was our server and I could not have been more impressed with her service. She not only pleasantly took care of our group of 25 but a number of other tables as well. She had a smile on her face the entire time and even conversed with us during that time!!! A great experience!!! Thank you Lindsey!!!

Went there with my wife for dinner and music
I ordered the broiled Cajun fish not cooked
Cajun seasoning no flavor
Had to hunt down the waitress to get a new one
Food was brought out on a platter on top of brown paper which was making a mess
Fish fry are very important in WNY AND BUFFALO if you don't do it right probably will not go back
Very expensive there

Service was amazing.....my waitress was so nice and friendly. The specialty drinks options were good, but not all the bartenders are trained the same. I ordered three of the same drink throughout the night and each time it tasted different from the last.
Fish fry was delicious and crispy. They will split it in the kitchen for you if you are going to share it. In all my years of splitting fish fries I have never seen a restaurant do that. Will be back again!
Food was decent and bowling lanes are great but bartenders are the most miserable people I've ever seen behind a bar. Went in there on a few occasions and always the same experience with bar staff. I generally don't like to give bad reviews but the female bartender was so rude to everyone that I felt something has to be said. It's pretty bad when others are commenting on having the same rude service as you as you are in there.
totally unexpected upscale bar in a bowling alley with snooty staff. I visited because of the habitat for humanity brewery tour book and walking in i was shocked at how modern and high end the decor was. the bartenders were not pleased to serve regular bowling patrons pitchers of domestic beer. nor were they helpful to me bellying up to the bar with my coupon in hand. typically i got a pint and a flight to patronize the brewery but this place was so unfriendly it was a one and done - feeding their stereotypes I'm sure. i had to work to get even a drink menu from the staff and then that bartender purposely avoided eye contact, so the bar manager had to come over to serve me a craft beer. she was pushy about ordering food and not interested in serving any customers herself. and the same went for the restaurant patrons who were in fine evening ware and snooty despite the fact its a bowling alley. poorly judged stop on a brewery tour when it has nothing to do with local craft beer on tap. pro: nice renovation and seems like the bowling alley is beating the odds con: judgmental people all around, i wont be returning.
