The Cheesy Chick Cafe & Food Trucks

came to my place of work for first time. We absolutely loved the food ! we are hoping they come again soon !!!

The food is delicious and is usually ready faster than most fast food places around! The owner is very kind and is usually always there. I make a stop at their permanent location whenever I’m in the area

Not trying to be rude at all but I found their food just straight up disgusting. Got their classic vegan Mac and the vegan pizza sub. Maybe their regular Mac is better, but somehow the vegan one had no flavor at all, but the flavor it did have was nothing like Mac should taste like. No cream, no saltiness, not savory. Just off putting. Their pizza sub was soggy. The bread was toasted but the cheese and protein they used (some sort of chicken when in the picture it looks like pepperoni) was just so wet and soggy. The texture on its own let me get two bites in before I had to put it down. Their whole thing is grilled cheese and Mac and they are just not hitting the spot with their vegan menu. I was so excited to try it, but it was so bad I’m just worried about giving them a second chance. Updated from previous review on 2025-10-17

Charming ambience, local authenticity, and friendly family staff. Loved it and will come again! Kids love the games. Delicious vegan and Vegetarian options. Easy stop if you’re en route highway 290 or 190.

I go to Leon studio one for school and I think this place is great. I get lunch here every so often. It’s fast and simple. The people are nice and friendly.

my brother and i visit often; initially, location and cheese pulled us in. we stayed because the family is friendly, professional and skilled at providing a fabulous experience each and every time. we went today and I discovered that they have a vegan menu now, which was a thrill for me, as I recently went fully vegetarian. I had the vegan pesto with beyond burger, and it hit the spot! we loved that Simone and the crew were featured in a local Williamsville publication; well deserved! My wife and I love to visit their location and take advantage of the food truck whenever possible, too.

this was my second shot i gave this place and im like so disappointed. i never ever write reviews but for being called the cheesy chick you’d think they've mastered simple cheesy recipes…. i ordered the mac and cheese and it was seriously inedible. no flavor, smelled like plastic and tastes like a rubber tire. i tried going back and trying more as the hours went on and now im just nauseous and so disappointed

Unfortunately, this place has a reputation of nasty staff workers. I entered the establishment last week and the lady in the front. I am assuming the owner, just gave me a dirty look and walked away. Is this the level of customer service that’s expected in this day and age? If so, I will steer very clear from this place. Tons of other restaurants in the area were dealing with rude and entitled behavior from the staff is just ridiculous. Do better, cheesy chick!
