Worst tim hortons in Buffalo, awful customer service. They hire people with no work ethic.

Ordered a hot chocolate and got charged for a hot chocolate but instead got a straight black coffee. Ordered a bagel toasted with cream cheese and the bagel wasn’t toasted.

We got a panini and a coffee in the drive through. It was tasty and all that, but the lady taking our order was quite rude and snappy with us. Nice little location.

Cost at this Tim hortans was $5.97 at the Tim hortans down the street I paid $5.10 for the same breakfast sandwich and it tasted better. I’d recommend going to any other location. Line was even longer here as well. Took longer cost more food wasn’t as good.

1) A coffee shop that ran out of espresso (!)
2) They didn't know they ran out of espresso before taking my order AND my money
3) Initially said they couldn't refund me because they didn't have a supervisor there (? how do you leave a store in any state in which refunds cannot be performed?); they did offer to give me anything I wanted which was decent.
4) About 2 minutes after I asked them to call someone for help they were able to give me the refund, which shows that they could have just called someone in the first place.
5) The refund wasn't even in the correct amount.

worst service ever. these workers act like the money comes out of their pockets. ordered a drink i get literally all the time, told them it tasted off very politely and a girl who immediately gave me attitude. i asked her to replace it and she gave me an even worse drink that was halfway filled. the employees were laughing while giving it to me. i wasnt being rude, im a broke college student who wants what she pays for. go to another tim hortons ive never had an experience like this. went to starbucks right after.

This has not been the first time they’ve messed up my order… it’s like the 4th. I don’t know if the workers are looking at the screen too fast or not paying attention, but they always switch up the order of my food or give me the wrong item every time…..
