We've been here twice and really enjoyed our food both times. My favorite thing so far is the tteokbokki. Service is polite and speed has been reasonable for the number of tables there each time. As onion haters, we really appreciate that they don't overload everything with onions. A lot of Asian restaurants in this area tend to put like 3 entire onions in every single dish and we were psyched to not have that issue at Woo Chon.
As a Korean who lived in the US almost 16yrs, one of the best experiences in the US. We came from Missouri on a Family road trip to NY, and after Niagara Falls we needed somewhere to fill us with something warm. To be honest I was a little skeptical when I found out the owner didn’t seem Korean, but I’m glad we didn’t go somewhere else. The food here was amazing my family loves it. The soup was delicious and my fav part. Service was quick and the staff were understanding of exactly what my family and I wanted. I especially enjoyed the tonkatsu with its sweet sauce. Definitely coming back here on my days off from college life!
