Delicious wings and good weekly specials
Not accommodating to anyone with food allergies and the owner is not willing to be honest about cross contamination for those who are gluten free. Unfortunately, I had the experience first hand tonight when I overheard the owner reprimanding his daughter (who is one of the waitresses there) for being honest with a customer about ingredients in one of their sauces containing soy sauce. Sally Black's Bar & Grill offers beautiful open space on 2 floors with a full elevator. The upstairs room is beautiful and warm, perfect for events like parties or bridal showers. The food is delicious and plentiful, with favorites including the skirt steak, Philly Cheesesteak, Spanky Brown, onion rings, buffalo garlic wings, coconut shrimp with sweet potato fries, and fish and chips. The fries are a must-get. The wine is good quality, and the fish and chips is incredibly fresh with a large portion size. The staff is friendly, attentive, and wonderful. The place is very cozy with a good noise level, great for watching a game. Municiple parking is across the street. If you liked the old Spanky’s menu, it is almost exactly the same. Sally Black’s is highly recommended for hosting a party or enjoying a delicious meal.
