Sally Black's Bar & Grill offers beautiful open space on 2 floors with a full elevator. The upstairs room is beautiful and warm, perfect for events like parties or bridal showers. The food is delicious and plentiful, with favorites including the skirt steak, Philly Cheesesteak, Spanky Brown, onion rings, buffalo garlic wings, coconut shrimp with sweet potato fries, and fish and chips. The fries are a must-get. The wine is good quality, and the fish and chips is incredibly fresh with a large portion size. The staff is friendly, attentive, and wonderful. The place is very cozy with a good noise level, great for watching a game. Municiple parking is across the street. If you liked the old Spanky’s menu, it is almost exactly the same. Sally Black’s is highly recommended for hosting a party or enjoying a delicious meal.
