Make sure your very clear with instructions even when you say an all chocolate cake with purple icing around the top. Cause somewhere in there that meant make the sides of the cake with vanilla icing

Customer service was not pleasant. A young girl took care of us. We asked her about the mini golf activity, she’s didn’t hear us well enough and said “WHAT” instead of “ excuse me”.

Typical Carvel ice cream, very tasty. The customer service is hit or miss, usually the servers (including the owner) are nice and friendly, although a lot of times slow.

The service was terrible! A man I can only assume was the owner was incredibly rude and clearly annoyed that we decided to walk into his establishment. He didn't greet us and only asked if it was all on one order. When we told him no, he then rolled his eyes. A person in our group asked for sprinkles and he wouldn't put them on stating they wouldn't stick because it was not soft serve. I would suggest they clean up the place and learn to control their facial expressions and they might bring in more positive business.
