I’m bummed to leave a low rating, but they never have rice balls anymore and it’s my favorite thing at this restaurant. It’s so disappointing.

Food was absolutely terrible and overpriced on top of it. The fondue was tasteless. We ordered salmon that was clearly frozen and chewy. Chicken francaise was swimming in sauce. They add a service fee to make sure you don’t leave a bad tip. Don’t go here please!

Just had dinner at this horrible restaurant. The schnitzel was chewy and tasteless, the flounder was swimming in some paprika watery sauce!!! Food was absolutely tasteless!!! When I asked the server if the chef is German or Swiss, thinking that no German chef could make such a horrible schnitzel, she had an attitude and I hear her talking behind my back. Another server came over to excuse the first one , saying that the first server is only 14 years old and she has no experience. We asked for the owner to come out and she refused. To top it all, they add 20 percent gratuity. I will never go back.

We’ve always loved this restaurant. Have been going there for 20 years! Not any more! We were having company from the City and made reservations for 8 people. Unfortunately, due to the weather, our company canceled. When I called 6 hours before the reservation, the man who answered the phone started screaming at me for canceling and was ranting and raving and not willing to hear any explanation whatsoever! Needless to say, that was the last reservation I’ll ever make there!
Place looks like it would be so good and cute, food is mediocre, but why I’m rating it so bad is because the owner. Time and time again he has demonstrated rude behavior and horrible service (hours).

Amazing and authentic German food! I travel internationally and have spent lots of time in Germany. The food here is top notch. Warm friendly atmosphere with amazing staff. Make sure you ask for Tony she is the best! Delicious appetizers and entrees. The weekly seas food and other specials are always fresh! If you’re not in the mood for sit down don’t forget the pizzeria in the front. Some of the best pizza and Italian fare on the mtn top! My mothers side is first generation from Italy.
