We live just up the road and come here many times a week. In the summer, we grab cokes and ice cream or grab sandwiches and sit out on the Windham path. In Winter we stop by for hot chocolate. The crew that works here is super nice and friendly and the owners are sweet and care about the community and visitors alike. highly if you’re in the area!

Came here morning of a friends weekend and it’s a lovely spot. It’s right across from a Greta walking path and we grabbed coffees to go, took a walk, and came back for breakfast. Great drinks, tasty food, good portions, and friendly service. There was a mistake with my order and they were receptive to taking it back and fixed me a new one right away. Stop by if you’re in Windham!

Great food but I won’t be back until winter. Don’t even bother coming here if you’re sensitive to the heat. This establishment has no air conditioning set up. The staff is over heating and customers are purchasing food to return to their cars to eat.

The Huevos breakfast wrap was most popular so we ordered two, the egg was hard and dry, there was no salt and pepper or any detectable seasonings, there was approx 3 beans in each one. The counter girl had no sense of hospitality.

3 breakfast burritos and one breakfast sandwich took them over 30 minutes to come out, with only two other tables occupied. There butter of something dripping from all 3 breakfast burritos. Not very appetizing.

I'm not from around the area but they have great food and the service is great too. There credit card machine wasn't working one day and they were trusting people to come back the next day and pay. I thought that was so kind and nice of them and to find a place that believes in people, especially now a days is not so easy. But yea great everything, wish this coffee shop was on the Cape

Higher Grounds, i love you but please do something about your service or equipment - i don’t know, something. There was only about 3 other people waiting here, order ahead was not available, yet it took 45 minutes for my egg sandwich which is absurd. This is always a thing here and it’s quite frustrating bc i do love your food and look forward to it each time I’m in the area. “Short staffed” can’t be the reason every time. Come up with a solution. People are fed up.

Upon ordering we were told it would take about 20-30 mins for the grill items, which was not a problem for us. It was definitely worth the wait!! My ham, egg, and cheese was delicious and my husband loved his Garden Goddess. Can’t beat the location, either- ideal for a stop before or after checking out the Windham Path.

I never leave bad reviews, especially for small businesses, but unfortunately this experience was awful. We ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese and waited over 35 mins and it never came out. Multiple other customers ahead of us had the same issue and one party asked where their food was and the woman behind the counter was exceptionally rude, saying that she did not know and walked away without an apology. Another customer was told they could not make her ordered item due to running out of an ingredient, and the staff asked her multiple times what she wanted instead. It was a disorganized mess.
I would not have left this review had the employees gave a heads-up that the kitchen was behind and wait times were up, or if the staff was apologetic, but that was not the case.
