I'm not from around the area but they have great food and the service is great too. There credit card machine wasn't working one day and they were trusting people to come back the next day and pay. I thought that was so kind and nice of them and to find a place that believes in people, especially now a days is not so easy. But yea great everything, wish this coffee shop was on the Cape

Higher Grounds, i love you but please do something about your service or equipment - i don’t know, something. There was only about 3 other people waiting here, order ahead was not available, yet it took 45 minutes for my egg sandwich which is absurd. This is always a thing here and it’s quite frustrating bc i do love your food and look forward to it each time I’m in the area. “Short staffed” can’t be the reason every time. Upon ordering we were told it would take about 20-30 mins for the grill items, which was not a problem for us. It was definitely worth the wait!! My ham, egg, and cheese was delicious and my husband loved his Garden Goddess. Can’t beat the location, either- ideal for a stop before or after checking out the Windham Path.
