This French bakery hidden in the heart of Windham NY. The pastries are delicious. We make sure gave we go to the bakery every year when we come up for our family trip. This year we tasted an assortment of cakes, his quiche, donuts and his gluten free cake. You have to try it when you visit Windham mountain.
Antoine, the owner and chef, is truly an artist. His pastries and cakes are second to none. He is passionate about his product and the results are incredible. You can tell that he uses the highest quality ingredients in his pastries and cakes. My wife said it was the best bakery she has ever been to and I would absolutely have to agree. If you are in Windham, or somewhere nearby, do not miss the opportunity to treat yourself to this hidden gem in WIndham!
Antoine never disappoints!! The birthday cake for my wife’s 60th birthday was amazing!! She was so happy! It was beautiful and delicious. He also made our wedding cake and it was also an amazing creation. Delicious and beautiful!! He was very accommodating. He was able to make this custom cake for me with less than 1 weeks notice. I would strongly recommend him for custom creations or just visit the bakery and enjoy the delicious treats! Thank you again for making this event...
