I would avoid the restaurant. No one in our party of 7 enjoyed the food. Some finished as we hadn’t eaten all day. The chicken and waffle was cold and hard. The ribs overcooked and dry. The taco shells tasted and felt like paper. The sauce on the taco too spicy. These are nyc prices but not even half the taste and quality. Just really bad food. Service was good. Decor is nice.

My family came up this past Friday night to stay at our nearby vacation home. When we got there, we found that the pipes had burst and the home was uninhabitable. It was 11pm, and we desperately needed accommodations for the night during this busy President’s weekend. We are a family of 4 plus a dog. I looked online and saw that Union & Post was close, had a room available and was pet-friendly. I called and spoke to Joe (I think that was his name, it was a long night!!). He said to come right down and had us in a room in no time flat. He was so understanding and saved the day for this exhausted family and pup! We had to cancel our weekend plans but are so thankful for the awesome response from the hotel in helping us out! We will be back!!

I’m not someone to review, but bad experience. The only thing that got to our table quickly was our check. Watered down drinks, all 8 people at our table thought the same.

We recently held our wedding welcome dinner at Union and Post and they did an amazing job! All the food was phenomenal, the space is perfect (both indoors and outdoors), and the owners were very communicative, easy to work with, and friendly. They were easily able to accommodate our various dietary requests and restrictions and impressed everybody with the food. Would certainly recommend for any future events, or just for a dinner—we’ll be back!

Very happy stay. The only issue was that we were not provided the wifi password and I had lots of work to do for work. I got it the next day. They have a Tesla charger, but I needed a regular EV charger for my Genesis. Did not try the restaurant and bar but looks nice.

Amazing spot to stay! Came here during labor day weekend and U&P had the best price for the area. The restaurant had live music and dinner (lobster mac and cheese/Spicy black bean burger) with the view was exceptional. The rooms are very aesthetic and well put together!

Stayed here for a wedding in the area. Very pricey for what it is. Our room smelled like garbage when we arrived and were told to put the air conditioning on to circulate the air. Bathroom was nice and bed was comfy.
Staff was very nice and got us an iron and board when we asked. Did not try the restaurant.

My girlfriend, our chihuahua, and I stayed at Union + Post. We had an amazing experience. The hotel is extremely dog-friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
Our room was stylish, spacious, and comfortable with thoughtful details that made us feel at home. The on-site restaurant is a standout with delicious food and expertly crafted cocktails, adding a touch of luxury and convenience.
Overall, the welcoming atmosphere, pet-friendly perks, and excellent service make Union + Post a perfect getaway. We’ll definitely be back!

Such a good time at U+P!!! My boyfriend and I enjoyed a romantic weekend in the mountains to end our summer and we could not have been more happy with our stay. U+P is so conveniently located and you can easily access all the Catskills has to offer. Windham is a cute town and there are some good restaurants and hang-outs right up the block from U+P. The hotel itself is chic, hip, and unique. I loved the room and all the little touches, the bed was super comfortable and the room was spacious. The restaurant served good food and the cocktails were delicious. Check-in was easy and fast. The owners made themselves available and were super sweet. The staff is lovely as well. We were honestly delighted! Thanks, U+P! We will be up there again soon!!

I can’t say enough good things about this little hotel. My wife, frenchie and I took a last minute trip up and stayed at Union Post, after endless searching and outrageously priced stays close by we found this gem! We stayed in the 250 sq foot room. The room was IMPECABLE, the linens were great, super comfortable bed and pillows. The bathroom had excellent water pressure plenty of towels!! The owners or this place truly showed attention to detail And little things that would make our stay excellent. The shower products were lovely Jon even lit the fire pit for us and borough some s’mores. We will definitely be staying here again it was perfect. Thank you for making our weekend a relaxing one! We loved this little hotel!!
Rooms: Modern, spacious, clean, comfortable beds, great AC , Sonos speaker, seating area, mini fridge, tv, fire pit, assigned parking.
