It took 1 hour and 30 minutes to get my food. They burnt our food and didn’t care to fix it. They used sink water and there was a fly in my water. NEVER COME HERE

We did a full wedding from vows to reception- pre-party and after party here! It was amazing. The food and drinks were delicious and the service was top notch! We also rented all the rooms and the big house and everything went so perfectly!! Thanks for making our celebration amazing!!!

Absolutely unpleasant culinary experience to say the least. No one in our party enjoyed the food. The chicken sandwich was burnt to a crisp and hard. The pasta with sausage had tiny crumbles that we had to search for. The sodas had a bizarre aftertaste that tasted like a tums tablets.
What makes this worse is that we used to eat here often, so seeing how far the quality has fallen is genuinely disappointing. Despite most of our food being left untouched and our concerns being clearly expressed, no manager bothered to come speak with us. That lack of accountability says everything. This place is not worth your time or money. Avoid.

We were in active discussions with Union + Post for two weeks to reserve a room block for our wedding. They repeatedly confirmed that a contract would be sent. The very next day after that confirmation, we were informed that the rooms had been given to someone else, with no warning, explanation, or apology beyond a cursory “sorry.”
This level of disorganization and lack of professional communication is unacceptable, especially for something as important as a wedding. Planning around this hotel’s promises caused unnecessary stress and wasted valuable time.
If you’re planning a wedding or any event that requires reliable coordination, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere.

I would avoid the restaurant. No one in our party of 7 enjoyed the food. Some finished as we hadn’t eaten all day. The chicken and waffle was cold and hard. The ribs overcooked and dry. The taco shells tasted and felt like paper. The sauce on the taco too spicy. These are nyc prices but not even half the taste and quality. Just really bad food. Service was good. Decor is nice.

My family came up this past Friday night to stay at our nearby vacation home. When we got there, we found that the pipes had burst and the home was uninhabitable. It was 11pm, and we desperately needed accommodations for the night during this busy President’s weekend. We are a family of 4 plus a dog. I looked online and saw that Union & Post was close, had a room available and was pet-friendly. I called and spoke to Joe (I think that was his name, it was a long night!!). He said to come right down and had us in a room in no time flat. He was so understanding and saved the day for this exhausted family and pup! We had to cancel our weekend plans but are so thankful for the awesome response from the hotel in helping us out! We will be back!!

We recently held our wedding welcome dinner at Union and Post and they did an amazing job! All the food was phenomenal, the space is perfect (both indoors and outdoors), and the owners were very communicative, easy to work with, and friendly. They were easily able to accommodate our various dietary requests and restrictions and impressed everybody with the food. Would certainly recommend for any future events, or just for a dinner—we’ll be back!

Very happy stay. The only issue was that we were not provided the wifi password and I had lots of work to do for work. I got it the next day. They have a Tesla charger, but I needed a regular EV charger for my Genesis. Did not try the restaurant and bar but looks nice.
