“Traveling on Highway 17 between NYC-Rochester, New York, and found this super easily accessible McD 🤩. To me, one of the best rest stops for road trips because this is located right next to a huge Speedway gas station with a very nice store. Conveniently located right on off Hwy 17 at exit 77, the area has a back drop of mountains. Both the McD and Speedway are quite new and very clean. The combination is positioned perfectly before splitting to Hwy 81, etc. very convenient. The McD staff is excellent. Food is fresh due to high turn over. The parking lot is huge with ample space to stretch your legs from the road trip. The location is ideal to grab a quick bite, refill both the stomach and gas tank 👍”

Almost 4 hours later and my mouth still is salivating over the roast beef and mash potatoes and gravy and the price was cheaper then McDonald's. $30 bucks for 2 excellent meals. Perfect portions with no left overs. My friend has the Salisbury steak and it looked amazing and she said it was incredible. Thank you to our excellent waitress as well. So friendly and attentive. We may stop back in for breakfast on the way home. A must stop at for a bite.”

“Stopped in late for some subs on a long road trip and they were cleaning to close up but the sweet man there was more than happy to still serve us. The subs were enormous - tons of meat and cheese - and delicious! And they use Boars Head meats and cheeses which are our favorite. Highly recommend!”

“I enjoyed a fund raiser sponsored by the local Rotary Club. The entertainment was Bingo, also avaliable were raffle baskets to bid on and some food and drinks. It's a nice clean building with go bathroom space ( important to me) plus good parking space. Nice! ☺️”

“An unexpected hidden treat this place was. We got lucky when the place we had planned to go to was closed. After a quick Google search, we found Hilltop and was very pleased with the food and service. The long drive there was worth it.

The prices beat any fast food joint, even with all the add-ons to this giant burger. My husband ordered a cheese steak and couldn't stop raving about it. The only thing I regret is not taking pictures of this huge burger which I was not able to finish, but happy that I got to enjoy the rest the next day.

“We stopped here on a trip across NY. We were looking for a quick on and off the interstate with fuel, food, and a restroom. This had all 3.

We got the lamb gyros and fries, waiting 10-15 mins for our food to be made— which I prefer over something that had been sitting for who knows how long. Both employees who helped us were friendly and welcoming, and double checked we were okay with the wait for our food to be ready.

“For a Friday night, we were greeted with nothing but smiling faces! We arrived about 10 minutes early, so we definitely weren’t expecting our order to be ready quite yet. They let us know our pizza would be about another 10 minutes, and they went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of while we waited—even offering us a dessert!

Not only did the young lady behind the counter apologize for the wait, but the pizza chef himself came out and apologized as well. That kind of customer service really says a lot.

They truly went above and beyond! We absolutely LOVE the atmosphere, and you can tell that every single person working there genuinely wanted to be there and was happy to be there.
