Absolutely wonderful experience. The food was some of the best barbecue I’ve ever eaten, anywhere. Brisket the most tender I’ve ever eaten. Beer was very good and the staff incredible, very friendly and took great care of us. Definitely a destination spot.
Booked an overnight stay through Harvest Hosts. Delicious food, delicious beer and friendly owners.

Red Rock BBQ and Catering offers a welcoming, no-frills experience with friendly and efficient staff. The barbecue is highly praised, with brisket described as "to die for," "the most tender," and "some of the best this side of the Mississippi." Pulled pork had good flavor, though some found it a little wet. BBQ chicken is moist, flavorful, and delicious. Sides like Mac n cheese, coleslaw, and beans are amazing, with Bella making all the delicious sides. Food features a heavy vinegar flavor in most things. The beer is excellent and very good. Service is very friendly, and guests are treated like celebrities by the staff. A great spot for a lunch stop or family cookout, though hours preclude any early lunch. The restaurant caters parties and is a definite destination spot.
