I thought I had already reviewed Oscar's. But to the point of being redundant; Oscar's is a small and intimate restaurant where you can get first class foods for middle class prices. There is often live music and the wait staff is friendly and do their job well, there is often a wait for your food because it is cooked fresh and presented elegantly. It is a dining experience so if you want to get in and out quickly call in your order and take delicious food home with you.

Best prime rib!! Very tender and rare! The best! Will be going back. Definitely agree that it’s a gem.
We had a blast there with my whole family (12 adults 5 kids). The musician was awesome, and totally made our night. It's family friendly, and the staff is phenomenal

The French Onion soup was delicious, the Buffalo hot wings were decent, and the kids' chicken fingers and fries were tasty. The only downside was the pink lemonade that looked like water. The attentive wait staff made the dining experience enjoyable, and the customer plans to return.
