First time visitor…Okay, so this caught me totally off guard! A bit confused as I entered what was obviously a top notch boutique style butcher…we were looking for a Smokehouse/BBQ biz.
A confused look I’m sure, prompted the owners to explain the business model.

I was in the area last Saturday and wanted bbq the reviews were great so the fire department members I was with decided to try it. Little disappointed that there was no dine in but I will tell you the brisket that my bf and I was delicious and he’s very picky about his brisket and how it’s suppose to taste. For a 2 hour ride we would def go back for the brisket. 5 stars for sure.

AMAZING! I cannot wait to return and order again. The food here is soo good and you can’t go wrong with any of their sides if you’re not quite hungry for a full meal!

Heads up! No seating, but that’s what the car is for!

Vegetarian options: They have vegetation options for sides and they have shops in the fridges!
