We had a terrible experience at aspire brewing this evening and cosimos accepted our family of five right at closing and took care of us in a way that put everything that had been wrong, right. They were welcoming and understanding even though we felt terrible to walk in 40 mins before closing with so many of us. They were maxing. The food was amazing. The service and atmosphere were exactly what we needed after the terrible previous experience! Thank you!

THE WORST SERVICE we have ever experienced. We had to wait for everything. The server took way too long to come to our table, even just to bring bread and drinks. The bread was soggy and cold. Instead of doing his job, he spent most of the time talking at the bar and disappearing for long periods. Meanwhile, we saw another table being taken care of constantly their waitress checked on them every couple of minutes, brought bread, drinks, and dinner much faster than us.
We waited an extremely long time for our appetizer, and when our dinners finally arrived, it wasn’t even what we ordered. We asked for a vodka pizza, but he brought us pasta instead. The worst part is that the server never once apologized, and the bill was still the same despite all the mistakes. When the manager finally came over, she just made an excuse saying it was because they were busy, and only offered to “buy the pizza” for us something that should never have happened in the first place.

Food was tasteless. Spaghetti with meatballs (too much bread, lack of flavor as garlic or basil), tiramisu was cold with chocolate chips on the top 😳. Very disappointing

Everything is above 5 stars and I’ll tell you why. After my girlfriend and I finished dinner and left I couldn’t find my ID wallet. I was beyond freaked out and probably sounded panicked when I called. I went back to look at the bar and one lady told me to look in the parking lot in the exact same spot I parked at and explained that it was possible that when I took my keys out of my pocket it fell out. And boy was she right!!!! I thanked them again and gave them a hug. I’m so beyond grateful and blessed for them. Thank you again ladies for going above and beyond!!! Can’t wait to see you next week end!!

Food is New York Italian, not Italian Italian. If you are a New York Italian home cook, that grew up cooking this place is not for you. If you are the average American that only eats out at Italian restaurants then you will love this place, I know my GF would. Service was perfect, cannot stress this enough. Our server Kelly was absolutely amazing we got everything we needed when we needed it, without being Interupted while chewing. probably the most pleasant service I can remember. Quoting my friend "I wish I had gotten the Burger"
I ordered a Margherita pizza and eggplant sandwich to go. They messed up my order and gave me 2 personal pizzas. The pizza was cold. The toppings were hovered on side. Horrible place. Don't eat here!

Ordering through DoorDash will disappoint. Apparently, they can't even follow simple directions like "ring bell after dropping off food". I thought the food was late. No, it was outside my front door, getting colder by the minute. In restaurant, you're fine. Delivery...sucks!!!
