Please give Rodger a raise and a promotion. This is a very busy location but they had plenty of staff working. Unfortunately the cashiers were not taking names for 75% of the orders causing a ton of confusion for the baristas and customers. It would have been a total disaster if it was not for Rodger calmly and strongly reminding the cashiers to take names while at the same time communicating with the waiting customers what drinks he was making, what drinks were coming up and being mindful of customers looking for carrying trays, napkins, etc and still able to say greet regulars with a friendly hello without missing a beat on the 100 other tasks he was doing. We need more people like Rodger in this world and this location is lucky to have him.

Place looks dirty. Papers on the floor, counters with crumbs. The drinks were good but we had to wait a long time for them. Workers looked overworked and sad. I will be using another location next time.

This is my go to spot to order. My usual order is an iced matcha with banana bread. Every time I order here my matcha is delicious and my banana bread tastes like they just freshly made it there unlike other places that give it to me straight from the freezer in its original packaging… anyways whoever is making the iced matcha over there give them a raise. Honestly Amazing service Especially from Roger!! I mean he is exceptional and truly someone that cares and takes service above and beyond!! He definitely needs a raise!! The food I got was a ham and cheese sandwich amazing!! Thank you Roger!! There is a lot of people in there but it's quick. Will be back again!!

They don't have a milk bar and they would not add the milk to my coffee. They gave me a small coffee cup with milk to do it myself...very odd and wasteful. I told them to leave room in the cup for milk and they did not. More waste...I then had to dump coffee. Getting sick and tired of paying a premium for poor service.So annoying!
