Although the staff's proficiency in English is not superb, they are a group of friendly and welcoming people who prepares your orders swiftly and properly if instructed clearly. Nice place to grab a cup of joe before heading up for or just alighting from the J/Z train. Oh, and the ice cream scoops are delightfully generous.
Used to love this DD, but ever since they started making the donuts on the premises, instead of having them shipped in like they used to, the donuts taste dry and just no good. Staff changed and nobody knows how to take direction. I only come in the mornings for a coffee with the regular crew..when shift changes good luck...

I'd give zero stars if I could, I'm suffering from an upset stomach after paying for expired milk with coffee and creamers I couldn't force myself to take another sip and just threw it away. If you were smart you wouldn't give them your business because they sure as hell won't get mine anymore.
