Honestly, didn't want to make this but... this place sucks. From the quality service, to the actual quality of the drinks. You're better off going to 85th street DD because they are so sweet over there and the food/ drinks are made with love. They come out so much better there. I feel like Woodhaven DD just rushes and doesn't care how anything comes out. Last few times I was there the older man who workers there just seem so miserable that it reflected on his customer service....read full review
Horrible service period!!!.. this Bangladesh ladys are NOT customer service oriented at all. I ordered a bagel toasted w creme cheese and a coffee. They gave me the coffee and i was waiting and waiting literally 15 minutes until i ask where is my bagel and she said we don't have. So why they don't inform and let a costumer waiting for a fricking bagel. They remodeled but still one of the slowest DD shops in NYC. Fine on a weekend but I’ve missed my train several times waiting on them during the weekdays. Employees move like their bodies are stuck in glue.
