We usually come to Ottomanelli at Woodside and have always had excellent service, especially from the owner who was very sweet and attentive to customers. However, the last few months have been disappointing. On Memorial Day, 5/27/24, we asked about the lunch special and the staff member wasn't cordial, informing us that the special was all day. We placed our order but mentioned we were waiting for more people. Despite being the only customers, she left and didn’t return....
Amazing place. Woodside Queens best kept secret. Definitely recommend for every steak lover to come and try this place. Service is amazing and food is amazing. The owner is hands on. Definitely appreciate the hospitality.
Was craving a burger so stopped in based on the retro aesthetic and solid prices. Ordered burger, fries, and a chocolate shake.Fries were excellent, probably my favorite in the city. Be warned, they are not heavily seasoned, just a little salt (which is my preference).The burger was dry.
