??? The lady was so rude to us and she was even worse towards the guy before us. The geek we got was kind of dry as well. I had a similar experience going the last time. I don't know why I even went there again. But yeah this is a reminder for me to never go there. Thank you.

Very bad experience at Roosevelt counter . Last time i order customise cake but customer service has no barista sense . They didn’t want to deal with customer. They didn’t want to hear customers voice . Only one way blah blah blah .. Very very very rude . Very bad and sad experience but cake was delicious.
Made a special trip here but if your in the neighborhood it's good to pop in .. tried the pork bun it was okay also had the sesame ball which was Very! Good definitely try the sesame ball. They have a large assortment

It's a great bakery if you know what to get! I am a huge fan of their sandwiches (costs less than $3 and you get an amazing crispy protein sandwich)! The value is hard to beat! Also their cakes are less sweet than the other bakery alternatives.
Accepts card if you spend $10+. It's all fresh and marks the time some dishes come out throughout the day!
Location is alright - has limited seating away from prying eyes, but for the price, I'm not complaining.

I requested one of the workers to change their gloves after I saw her touching the door's locks from the floor(her gloves where contaminated). And she didn't want to do it pretending she didn't understand me, I repeat it to worker next to her and she just ignored my request, that was a violation of sanitation of food protection, this workers don't have proper training to handle food. I left disgusted wondering what else they do when we are no looking handling food. I have buy before in this bakery no anymore.
