La Flor is a restaurant we’ve been going to for 16 years. The food is always delicious, whether you choose from the regular menu or the daily specials, it never disappoints. The service is excellent; the staff is very attentive and always welcoming, which makes every visit enjoyable. To complete the experience, they also offer amazing desserts. This is a place we visit at least twice a month.

We had a family lunch at La Flor this week. Sharing tasty well presented food with family was a joy. The salads, deserts and main courses were fantastic and reasonably priced. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Each guest was treted like a family member. Loved everything about it.

Quick little late breakfast at La Flor was perfect start to weekend in NYC. Got the Homemade Pastry Basket, Pitaya Bowl, and Wild Mushroom Omelette.
Pastry Basket had several muffins/rolls that were nicely crisped on the grill. Pitaya Bowl was delicious yogurt bowl that I felt good eating and still kept me full. And Wild Mushroom Omelette was perfectly cooked with great depth of flavor from mushrooms and goat cheese combo.
Seating was plentiful and service was on point. We had to eat quick and were in and out in 30 mins. Definitely recommend to anyone in/visiting the area.
