They make the Worst lattes. I go here against my better judgment just because it's close to where I take the train and every time I'm disappointed. Usually, I'll just take it and go but today I had to get my money back cause enough is enough. A latte is too high of the price for it to be that bad every time.

They keep lying to their customers, claiming the bathroom is ā€œout of serviceā€ even though they use it themselves. It’s pure laziness — they just don’t want the extra responsibility. It’s also illegal to deny customer restroom access when a business has more than 16 seats and a functioning bathroom. This isn’t the first time I’ve seen Starbucks employees do this.

Redeemed some stars to get a drink think morning, showed up 2 min after order was placed on the app, there was a drink sitting behind the pickup shelves with the letters, so only an employee can see what the drink or tag is. Waited 5-6 minutes for my drink to be made thinking I came in too early, all while the barista was making drinks and placing them on the pick up shelves. Once they finished making all the orders they finally decided to check for the drink that was being hidden away and then said my name out loud. So I walked up to receive a drink that was extremely poorly made and cup 1/4 empty and ice melted. Not sure what the reason was behind any of those odd actions as I regularly get the same drink here. But BE CAUTIOUS of redeeming your rewards at this location. Glad I didn’t raise an alarm in store after reading some of the reviews about management here!

I’ve been drinking Starbucks for years. I just bought an iced latte at this location, and I have to say — the quality has really gone downhill. The taste wasn’t as good as it used to be, and the cup was poorly made. The lid didn’t even close properly, and it ended up spilling all over my car while I was driving. I paid $7 for the coffee, and now I’m out over $100 for a car wash and cleanup. I’m honestly speechless. Starbucks seriously needs to revamp its operations — at the very least, improve the quality of the cups

This starbucks used to be my favorite, the baristas were excellent at making drinks. Now the morning to afternoon shift baristas make the drinks average, watered down and less flavorful. And don’t fill it up all the way, however at night the drinks are made well. The atmosphere for me during the day is a 0, I can’t come study or sit in here at peace, it’s filled with groups of loud men that take up all the seats, and they’re their everyday. While anyone can come whenever and as often as they’d like, they are always extremely loud to the point that I have to leave after getting a drink. I’ve started to go to another location
