This starbucks used to be my favorite, the baristas were excellent at making drinks. Now the morning to afternoon shift baristas make the drinks average, watered down and less flavorful. And don’t fill it up all the way, however at night the drinks are made well. The atmosphere for me during the day is a 0, I can’t come study or sit in here at peace, it’s filled with groups of loud men that take up all the seats, and they’re their everyday. While anyone can come whenever and as often as they’d like, they are always extremely loud to the point that I have to leave after getting a drink. I’ve started to go to another location

Disappointed by Lack of Basic Amenities

Stopped in at this Starbucks expecting the usual standard of service, but was surprised to learn they don’t have a restroom available for customers. When I asked, the staff told me to walk down the block to a McDonald’s if I needed to use the bathroom. For a major coffee chain that encourages people to sit and work or relax with a drink, not having a restroom is unacceptable—especially in a busy city location. It’s frustrating and inconvenient, and frankly, not in line with what I expect from Starbucks. Will think twice before stopping at this location again.

NYC Rocks

By far my favorite Starbucks location! Excellent baristas who always get my drink prepared exactly as ordered, not just how they feel it should be, like in other locations. This location has cubed ice, not that gross Sonic ice that waters down your drink and changes the taste I'm accustomed to.

Hi I am a Starbucks person and I keep buying from all the stores. Today I purchased couple items and I got the wrong order. I went back and ordered my large venti iced latte . And again I got the wrong order. Instead a large I got a grande. I paid for a large drink cause I know the price of it. Also the barista send me to Macdonald to the restroom when i asked for the restroom.

Having a coke while waiting for friend as he orders cold lattes while we discuss plans for our birthdays coming up .I was ask if not purchasing coffee I wasn't allow to sit ,while plenty of seating he points ti a sign on the window. I was embarrassed n discusted didn't say nothing but grab my bag n left .Never again I'll enter a Starbucks or buy anything. The employees was a short dusty old man with bad breath, I just couldn't believe he approach me to humiliate me like that.I NEVER EVER EXPERIENCED ANYTHING SUCH AS. I WILL FOREVER SHARE THIS ON MY PLATFORM SO PEOPLE WILL STOP GOING N AVOID same HUMILIATION .SMH

The worst customer service. I ordered 2 vanilla scones and asked them to warm it up. It was such a big problem for them to pop it into a toaster over for 10 seconds. I am making a formal complaint today. Everytime I go there, I’ve been disappointed by the management and the workers know me and purposely give me terrible service. Do better!

Sadly, I am returning to this review to say that management does nothing for the customer. Reviewing all the other “1-stars,” the manager has the same response which is probably why the store rating is so low. Wow. Just sad managing, customer service and resolutions.
