Awesome place, awesome workers.
I work around the corner so I eat here twice a week.
If it's your first time, get the Pork "Zha Zhang" Hand Pulled Noodles - Regular/Mildly Spicy
(If you don't like spicy, please learn to like spicy then come back and eat here, since "not-spicy = not as good", the CEO of XFF agrees with me, and even says this on the loud speaker in a pre-recorded message occasionally at the store between songs)
The Lamb Burger is great too (It's not a burger, just a very nicely spiced lamb sandwich, with slices of marinaded lamb)
Pro-Tip: Ask for them to chop the lamb into small pieces before they fill the sandwich, (they normally do this with the pork burger automatically, so it's not a strange request) you can also ask them to cut it in half... either way, this prevents you from pulling out an unwanted majority of the protein in one bite.
I buy their Chili Oil by the larger container, it's extremely good and made of 20+ ingredients, it's why their spicy dishes are so much better then their non-spicy dishes... especially in the winter.
Hope you enjoy.

When you see two employees who look like Mexicans, one is making cold skin for you and the other is making roujiamo for you, you always feel weird, but you can't tell what's wrong. Although it is called "Xi'an Famous Food", we dare not compare it with Shaanxi's Liangpi and Roujiamo.

Their bun is great. The place is tiny though.
Parking: It’s hard to find parking nearby. However, if you drive a few blocks, you could find a free or paid street parking

Tried this for the first time after I saw it on "Insider" It was worth it. I love it since it's spicy and I like eating spicy food. I only tried the regular spiciness as I was worried if it was too much but It was fine (at least for me).

If you are Brazilian, don't go to this place. It's Chinese food with a completely different flavor than what we're used to. I'm not going to give it a low rating because I understand that it's a specific seasoning for certain palates. But I couldn't eat my entire plate.

I always come here get the pork burger to go, but recent 2 times are really disgusting, the employees don't chop the pork into smaller pieces anymore, it's a lot of huge chunks of fat, I almost want to vomiting after seen them. And they taste much salty than before .

This location is definitely understaffed. No one expects a rush of customers to swarm this area. However, whenever there are more than 4-5 customers in line, you start to notice how slow and understaffed they are. I feel bad for the staff, they look very busy all the time. Sometimes, because of rushing to catch up with orders, the noodles were not cut as fine as they do in other locations. They are a bit too big and too thick to the taste. The cold noodles also was lack of flavoring. The lamb noodles and the beef noodles were just not the right cut. One time during a busy hour, the beef in my noodle is basically just tendons and fat. Other than being understaffed, the food is still consistently good. I love this place.

Good quality for a reasonable price. The staff here is friendly and gives suggestions to accommodate your tastes. Bathroom is for paying customers which is standard for NYC. Grab some of their specialty Chinese drinks and hand pulled noodles.
Sword-shaved noodles are spicy. It is close to Moriki in Yokohama.
