Favorite restaurant in woodstock, i go often, the lemongrass chicken dumpling soup was my new favorite dish, then someone had the audacity to complain it was too simple?!?!? Extreme simplicity is what makes good artists great. It was perfect, and i want it back.
Good night is a beautiful restaurant, with friendly service, creative cocktails, a great wine list and, most importantly, really good food!
I appreciate the fact that they always have a few vegan options and a frequently changing menu.
It also has a large bar area, which is nice for solo diners or those just grabbing a small bite or a drink.
It is on the pricier side, but portions are big - in fact, I’d suggest maybe sharing apps, not ordering individual...

This place is an invitation to lean into bold, punchy flavors carefully sourced from fresh, local ingredients and inspired by South East Asian legacies. The small plates in particular were astounding. I feel delightfully confused by how compelling the slaw salad that came with the tofu small plate was. I’m stuck on that. So much care and thought I felt must have gone into the shapes and flavors of the kumquats, mango, cabbage etc that came together in a gregarious symphony....
