My husband and I had very different experiences here! He loves bacon, egg & cheeses in NYC. And he really disliked the BEC stuffed bagel. Only ate half of it. I concur, the texture on the inside was weird.
However, I got the pastrami stuffed bagel and it was fabulous! Loved it!
I suspect we’d like any off the eggless stuffed bagel options (pastrami and buffalo chicken I believe?), and dislike the ones with eggs.

We intended to stop here once during our weekend in Woodstock and ended coming by every morning. The stuffed bagels are SO delicious (with a vegan option without any extra charge, amazing!), and the service was great.
