Visiting Silvia was an incredible experience. The food is delicious, but the best part of all was the service. Olivia was an excellent waitress. Not only did she welcome us in the best way, but she also made the entire experience unforgettable. It was our friend’s birthday, and she made everything truly spectacular. When we were leaving, she even played a song for us. As a hospitality professional, I can say this is the kind of service every restaurant strives for.
We had a special couples meal tonight at Silvia . The hostess greeted us with a smile and showed us to a corner table ; perfect for a one on one chat . Our server Ally was knowledgeable and very personable ..on her recommendation we started with a house-made ginger rosemary non alcoholic drink ..wow ! Then we had oysters and the prosciutto and figs ..both were excellent ..our mains were the mushroom and asparagus over pasta and the smoked pork chop on polenta ..OUTSTANDING . Ally...
Very high brow American classic cuisine. Enjoyed a great dry aged steak, well made drinks & friendly, inviting service. Definitely a solid meal for the money. Enjoyed eating at the bar tables. Helpful, accommodating staff.
