This is our go-to spot for a delicious quick meal on our way to or from the Catskills. The Ramen with coconut curry broth and pork belly is divine. Service is always friendly and efficient. The food and drinks are dependable. We especially enjoyed sitting outside on the patio on a pleasant summer evening.
We had heard great things about this restaurant, but the noodle soup was definitely lacking in flavor, especially the vegetarian. Disappointing for the price… We still had a good time together.
I ordered the noodle bowl with tonkatsu, pork-chicken broth, and braised pork. It's a generous portion and comes with a boiled egg (hard-boiled, though possibly from carryover cooking) and assorted vegetables (I saw mushroom, carrot, cabbage, and broccoli in mine).
I liked the braised pork, and I enjoyed the broth more over the course of the meal though I was overwhelmed at first. I wish there had been more detailed descriptions on the menu of what all the options...
