Good option when youre looking for a home cooked meal without actually cooking it yourself. My go to is the pollo guisado with a side of rice and beans and maduros. This location is always speedy and you can usually find parking nearby if its not during rush hour. Staff is always kind.
The worst service, the WORST food....!!!!!
$20 passion fruit with lite alcohol drink… had the same drink at HAVANA CAFE (larger serving) , and paid way less. Food was ok.. so yeah get it together this caridad ain’t it . $180 3 people 2 drinks do the math .

The food here is ok. It was not particularly flavorful, was pretty dry, but it did not taste bad.
The real reason for the low review is that they have a $10 additional charge if you order 4 of their “family” dishes. We found that out after getting our food, as it is not written on the website. It is written on the physical menus in the restaurant though. So its sort of hidden

I got there at 11:45 I know it’s close it 15 minute but the lady ran to the door and locked it on me then walked away I felt really disrespected she could’ve said we’re close or something but if you are gonna close early just say you close at 11:30 I drove there for dinner after work

Very lively restaurant. The food portions were enough to fill you up. The only things that threw me off was how the food was brought over and how the tipping was laid out. I had a party of 5 so our food was brought by each individual plate even if said party members ordered the same thing. The tip part was confusing because it wasn't listed. We only found out after we asked that should probably be something that should be mentioned beforehand to avoid future confusions. However, the food was cooked with great flavor. I really enjoyed the Mofongo con Chicharrón. It was very delicious, it is very heavy and made up for my missed meal haha. My party got the Zapote, coconut, tamarind and parcha(I believe that's what it was called) drinks, they were savory. Will be going back for a heavy meal. Thank you for hosting us and such polite service!

I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and the chicken was tasteless, I was throwing a lot of ketchup because it was too watery which caused the bread to be damaged too :(

I Ordered the Seafood Paella Marinara for 1. They gave a big pan filled with mostly rice. The seafood they did add was low quality. You can tell by the taste it was all frozen. The lobster meat was melted and stuck to the shell and tasteless. Mussel and clam shells were broken and had no meat in them. The few shrimps in the dish were not deveined, and the rice itself was very bland. The dish itself was approximately 50$. I ordered a few other things, but the pernil was the only thing I can honestly say was good. Everything together was about 100$. Overall, very disappointing and a waste of money and time. Taco Bell would have hit better!!!
