Casa Fuego Wood Fired Latin Fusion - Restaurant - Cocktails

We were at the restaurant last Saturday and not only we had to wait for our appetizers and food longer than an hour. The food wasn’t that great. We order virgin pina colada that tasted like had alcohol in it. The place is over priced and even though the waitress was lovely the food was not great and it is unacceptable to wait for food for that long.

I came from queens to here over an hour drive with my son and wife and dad for father's day. The staff told me they had tables not to do a reservation to then tell me the kitchen is backed up and we have to wait 45 mins meanwhile there was a bunch of empty tables. After 40 mins we went into the restaurant and they tied to tell us they weren't going to sit us. After my wife had to get loud and ask for a manager they sat us down. The waiter comes and crosses our 75% of the menu saying thwy ran out of food and then told us the wait time for tge food will be very long and we are better off going to the restaurant next door. We got up and left . My father day i had to eat pizza from around the way. Totally unacceptable and I will never step foot in thia place again. Horrible

What a great experience! All the food was excellent. The service was exceptional. Franco was so welcoming. He made his way to every table and made sure that everyone was satisfied. I would definitely return to this place. This is my new favorite place at Ridge Hill.

Amanda is amazing! Every time I come in, she greets me with a smile and makes sure I get the help I need. Her customer service is outstanding, and she always goes above and beyond to make every visit a great experience. I truly appreciate her professionalism, kindness, and positive attitude. Great food, affordable prices, and a beautiful atmosphere. Whenever there’s an issue, management is quick to step in and help. I’m a regular here and plan to keep coming back because I truly enjoy the ambiance.

I’m extremely happy that they extended their Happy Hour that’s one more perk to this wonderful establishment…… love the staff and manager Franco always greets me with love …. Amanda is simply amazing bartender, can’t forget the others Carolina, Ashanti etc …. Oh yea not to mention Clamensia ? Always good service whenever I visit Casa 🤗

Frankly, I walked in with low expectations, but Casa Fuego Latin Fusion completely knocked it out of the park and left a pretty high impression for its incredible ambience, big screens to watch the World Cup 2026 futbol games, delicious food options, and incredibly warm and fun service.

The food was super tasty and I will definitely come back. It delivered exactly what I was looking for - the best Cuban Sandwich in town and super scrumptious tres leches; and let’s not forget the delish churrasco and chimichurri! I’m a big fan of their furnished booths and the bar in the center. It seemed like their cocktails were fairly well crafted, the beer was served nice and cold, and the wine pouring also seemed quite generous. I imagine their Happy Hour is fun and worth checking out to have an incredibly good time!

A great addition to Chef Doris's menu, Casa Fuego is a spectacular place with excellent service. If you want to watch the World Cup games, Casa Fuego is a very good option. Excellent food and top-notch cocktails. Ask for manager Franco for the best service and an excellent welcome.

The male bartender was amazing! I feel awful not getting his name, but extremely attentive. He would notice right away when my drink was done, or if I needed my food wrapped up. Amazing overall experience .
