CAVA at Cross County is always very clean and the food is delicious. The location is clean, and they move fast even with rush hour. If something is not right, such as utensils ran out, bathroom not clean or order adjustment, they address it quick and without a problem. Customers always feel like they get their money worth here. Food is pricey but so worth it. The service is outstanding. The team is respectful, professional and kind, and they treat all customers with respect. They know the menu very well and give great recommendations. The team work from the crew is very strong and highly professional. One server was incredibly patient with a first-time customer and even gave the meal for free, making an amazing first impression. Service was a 10/10. The food was fresh and delicious, and the service was on point. This CAVA is one of the favorites and a go to spot on this side of the city. Everyone is recommended to try this CAVA at Cross County.
