La Casa Dei Panini LLC is a little gem on Yonkers Avenue, best described as the best Italian spot in Yonkers. The restaurant crafts delicious foods with imported ingredients from Italy, including delightful deli items and freshly baked treats. The menu features amazing breakfast sandwiches, a delicious grilled chicken sandwich, and hot sopressata. Other standout items are the awesome chicken cutlets, divine meatballs, and delicious Chicken Parmigiano with or without vodka sauce. The penne vodka, chicken francese, and sausage and peppers are also raved about. The fresh sausage is tasty, the Romano cheese is phenomenal, and the fresh mozzarella and house made pesto come highly recommended.
Service is amazing, with everyone being so kind and making customers feel at home. The staff goes above and beyond to help. While there have been occasional disappointments with order timing, the food consistently tastes great and is considered the best sandwich. The spot has a few tables where one can enjoy a sandwich, hot food, a cup of espresso, and an assortment of bakery items. It is a six out of five star spot filled with smiles and love, and is widely recommended.
